Maurice Rosenkranz was a trainee in our Kolleg for two months (see our news). To the question of what the scientific work within the framework of a research training group is like, he said:
“In the two months of my work placement at the Kolleg, I got to know many researchers* and was warmly welcomed by them into the team. Working with research documents, doing literature research, participating in events and conferences, and finally writing my own short paper on the central theme of the Research Training Group showed me the many different areas of scientific work.
The topics I was working on will keep me interested for a long time to come and may even influence my future career. I would like to thank the college very much for the friendly interaction and the interesting discussions and tasks.”
