User research in the field of consequences of social services work

In the second colloquium of the new year, we welcomed Prof. ‘in Dr. ‘in Gertrud Oelerich and Prof. Dr. Andreas Schaarschuch (University of Wuppertal) for a guest lecture entitled “Basics and Perspectives of social pedagogical user research”. In a following dialogue, basic theoretical, methodical and methodological as well as research practice implications of socio-pedagogical user research with a view to the consequences of social services work were discussed.
