Based on the advice novel “Die Entscheidung” by R. Haller, individual career options after graduation were discussed in a comfortable atmosphere.
In today’s workshop with Reinhold Haller, our colleagues received impulses with regard to career opportunities after a doctorate. In addition to the ‘classic’ paths to a university professorship, they also looked at other university and non-university career paths. In addition, techniques and tools were used to reflect on and analyze their own (professional) preferences, skills and potential for further development.
