Workshop on dealing with crisis while doing a doctorate

A promotion is characterised by special conditions. It is not a rare occurrence for both smaller and larger problematic situations to come up during a doctorate. It is therefore important to develop a good way of dealing with crisis situations at an early stage. In the workshop “Crisis Management and Crisis Communication” in cooperation with HYT, different ‘crisis types’ and their possible causes were discussed. Together, we talked about possible strategies that can be useful in dealing with crises.
