Diversity within the Research Training Group

A respectful and constructive way of communicating is central to the Research Training Group. Together with Dr. Iris Koall (Coachingnetz Wissenschaft e. V.), we organised a workshop entitled “Diversity in team communication – developing and using it constructively”. Together we discussed diversity-relevant aspects within the team. The main focus of the workshop was to raise diversity sensitivity and to constructively use it for our collaboration.
